Ohh, you mean we’re supposed to follow the guidelines?
Jess and I went to a meeting tonight (we both lost!) and found out two things:
1. Adding fiber powder to liquid things does not diminish their point value.
2. You really should eat everything suggested by the good health guidelines daily. (Ex. 2-3 servings of dairy, 5+ of fruits and veggies, etc.) I thought they were just suggestions, but our leader said they’re the best way to ensure that your body is getting the nutrients it needs to lose weight.
