How to keep it off!

the great part about weight watchers is it teaches you HOW to keep it off. the bad part about jenny craig is it doesnt teach you how to eat in a real life situation. I started weight watchers seriously on Jan 1, 2009 and by June had lost 28 lbs. the past 2 months I have been sort of at a plateau… and by plateau i mean not really giving it my all. but i know that dieting with weight watchers teaches you how to actually live, how to order when you go out to eat, and how to adjust into maintaining. you cant really eat frozen jenny craig meals for the rest of your life! congrats on losing 15 w/ jenny craig, and also i think making the switch to WW will help you transition into a normal lifestyle that you can sustain!!!
