Instructions
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. In a medium bowl, toss apples and pears with Splenda and cinnamon. Add fruit mixture to skillet and sauté until fruit starts to soften and brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add cranberries and cook 5 minutes more; remove from heat and keep warm.
Place tofu in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add remaining topping ingredients and blend until smooth, about 3 to 5 minutes. To serve, top 1/2 cup of fruit with 1/4 cup of whipped topping.
